Here is the best way to resolve issues with the Notes Section or the VER in general.
Please check that you are logged in. If so and your VER is not displaying properly, try refreshing the browser. If this doesn't work, please exit the browser and relaunch.
Make sure you are only using Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Edge (Internet Explorer) may have compatibility issues.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, please submit a ticket in the customer portal.
